Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Coding Trainer, located in Hyderabad. The Medical Coding Trainer will be responsible for training students and professionals in medical coding, developing training materials, conducting assessments, providing feedback, and staying updated with industry standards and practices. The role involves hands-on training sessions and active participation in curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Coding and Medical Terminology
• Experience with Coding and Health Information Management
• Possession of RHIT certification
• Strong understanding of Health Information Management principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in educational or training roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
