Designation: Medical CodersSpeciality: HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) Work Type: Work From Office (WFO) Salary: Experienced (1–2 years): ₹20,000 per month (plus up to 10% hike based on previous salary) About the Role We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Medical Coders to join our HCC coding team. The ideal candidates will review and analyze patient records, ensuring accurate coding and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze patient records to assign accurate diagnosis codes. Maintain at least 95% quality and accuracy in coding. Meet daily/weekly targets within set timelines. Support in additional hours as required. Ensure adherence to compliance and confidentiality standards. Key Requirements 6 months to 2 years’ experience in medical coding preferred. Knowledge of HCC coding standards and ICD-10 codes. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Good communication and time-management skills.
