Han Digital Solution (P) is looking for Medical Coder-TL to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

We are looking for a highly skilled Medical Coder-TL to join our team at Han Digital Solution (P)
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical coding and excellent leadership skills As a Medical Coder-TL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our medical coding processes

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of medical coders to ensure high-quality coding standards
Develop and implement effective coding strategies to improve productivity and quality
Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve coding discrepancies
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide training and support to new and existing coders
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Job Requirements

Minimum years of experience in medical coding, preferably in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with coding software and systems
