  end-to-end medical billing processes

  across schemes:

  TPA, Swasthya Sathi, ECHS, CGHS, ESIC, etc.

• Handle

  pre-authorization, claim submission, and follow-ups

  with insurers and TPAs.
• Verify and validate

  patient documents, discharge summaries, bills, and supporting reports

  for accuracy.
• Coordinate with

  insurance companies, TPA representatives, and government health schemes

  for approvals and reimbursements.
• Track

  pending claims, rejections, and discrepancies

  ; ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain

  billing records, MIS reports, and audit-ready documentation

  .
• Work closely with doctors, MRD, finance, and administrative teams to support claim settlement.

• Nurses (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, ANS, DNA)

  with interest/experience in billing

• BHMS / BAMS graduates

  looking to build a career in healthcare administration & billing
• Experienced

  Medical Billing Personnel / TPA Executives

  with a standard bachelor’s degree
• Candidates with proven

  hospital billing/insurance desk experience

• Good understanding of

  hospital billing workflows

  and government/corporate schemes
• Knowledge of

  medical terms, procedures, and coding

  preferred
• Strong

  coordination and communication skills

  with patients, doctors, and payors
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, billing software, and online claim portals

• Detail-oriented with strong

  problem-solving and negotiation skills
