✅ What You’ll Do :

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and proactive follow-ups
• Handle claims with attention to payer requirements
• Work on denied claims resolution to optimize reimbursements
• Navigate both in-network and out-of-network provider guidelines
• Engage in inbound and outbound calls with insurance companies and healthcare providers
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of medical claims

🧠 Must have :

• 1-2 years of experience in medical billing and AR
• Hands-on expertise in U.S. healthcare systems
• Strong understanding of AR workflows, insurance verification, and denial management
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
