About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in obtaining prior authorizations for medical procedures, imaging, and specialist visits.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based insurance companies, provider offices, and patients.
• Accurately document all authorization information and maintain patient records.
• Follow up on pending authorizations to ensure timely approvals.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with healthcare stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Healthcare or Life Sciences preferred but not required).
• 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of the U.S. healthcare system is a plus.
