Role Overview: You are sought after to join the Medical Affairs team as a Sr. Scientific Executive/Asst. Manager Scientific/Deputy Manager Scientific. Your responsibilities will include driving medical initiatives, supporting product launches, providing scientific support, and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical information. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and prepare medical manuals and presentations for product launches. - Deliver impactful new product launch presentations to the marketing team and field force, including technical insights. - Address queries from field representatives and doctors to maintain strong customer relationships. - Provide relevant scientific support to resolve complex queries effectively. - Stay updated with the latest scientific developments, therapy area guidelines, and landmark trials. - Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams, validating medical content for accuracy. - Prepare prescribing information and organize CME kits, including PowerPoint presentations and key references. - Conduct training sessions for new hires and refresher courses for medical representatives to disseminate medical knowledge effectively. - Provide medical rationale for new product launches and suggest innovative dosage forms, indication expansions, and novel product ideas. - Prepare and publish manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, including original research and review articles. Qualification Required: - Education: M.Pharm is mandatory. - Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant role. Freshers may also apply. - Skills required: Strong knowledge of medical and scientific concepts, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in preparing medical literature, presentations, and publications, ability to collaborate across teams and maintain customer focus.,
