Role Overview: You are a Medical Affairs Pharmacologist who will play a crucial role in building the next generation of AI-powered medical evidence products. This hybrid position requires a combination of clinical knowledge, product innovation, and collaboration with hospitals, making it ideal for individuals passionate about science, technology, and entrepreneurship. Key Responsibilities: - AI Product Development: - Collaborate with product and tech teams to co-create therapy-wise evidence modules, starting with oncology. - Evidence Curation: - Identify, summarize, and validate key trials, drug studies, and treatment guidelines for integration into OneRx's evidence engine. - Hospital & Doctor Partnerships: - Establish collaborations with doctors, hospitals, and oncology departments for pilots and validation. - Doctor Engagement & Training: - Introduce the product to oncologists and other therapy area doctors, conduct demos, training sessions, and workshops to drive adoption. - Product Testing with Clinicians: - Lead user trials, collect real-world feedback, and implement findings to enhance the product. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with AI, engineering, and UX teams to align clinical logic with product design. - Thought Leadership: - Represent OneRx at medical conferences, digital health forums, and academic partnerships; publish and speak on evidence-based AI in oncology and pharmacology. Qualifications Required: - Education: MBBS + MD (Pharmacology or related specialty) - Skills: - Building hospital and doctor partnerships - Conducting demos and training programs for doctors - Translating clinical insights into product logic - Collaborating across medical, product, and engineering teams - Excellent scientific writing and communication - Bonus: Experience in medical affairs, AI tools, or evidence synthesis platforms Additional Company Details: OneRx.ai is India's first Evidence Intelligence Platform for Doctors, powered by trusted sources like ICMR, NEJM, and PubMed, supported by a medical-grade AI engine.
