Medical Affairs Manager

Role Overview: As a Medical Affairs Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the company and the healthcare community. Your responsibilities will include driving evidence-based communication, stakeholder engagement, and supporting various medical initiatives. You will lead scientific discussions, manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagements, and contribute to the development and execution of medical strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Provide regular scientific updates and ensure the accuracy of all scientific content shared with the marketing team. - Review, approve, and guide all scientific communications for both internal and external use. - Generate and evaluate ideas for new products or therapeutic indications. - Conceptualize and execute KOL engagement strategies. - Manage interactions with external experts within core therapy areas. - Address medical inquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs) with evidence-based responses. - Organize and conduct scientific meetings, round table discussions, and other medical education events. - Engage in scientific discussions with HCPs to gather insights and foster relationships. - Capture and share insights from HCP interactions to support strategic decision-making. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align and implement medical affairs initiatives. Qualifications: - Possess an M. Pharm or equivalent advanced degree in a life science-related discipline. - Have 8-12 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
