Medical Affairs Manager

As a Regional Clinical Specialist at the company, your role involves conducting CME's, seminars, promotional events, and In-service programs in the respective region to enhance BD SM value proposition among clinical and economic buyers. By focusing on business outcomes and achieving regional business objectives, you will be responsible for building clinical capabilities within the regional SM direct selling organization and channel partners. This includes administering trainings, continuous evaluation, and aligning with country clinical objectives to differentiate the brands effectively in the market. Your key responsibilities will include creating and implementing the regional calendar of engagements with potential/existing customers to establish strong brand awareness and open doors at relevant levels. Additionally, you will support the sales organization with product evaluations, addressing "critical to business" technical challenges, troubleshooting, and product applications to ensure high levels of product penetration, query resolution, and trouble-free product application. Furthermore, your role will involve managing key customer relationships, establishing a regional KOL network, and driving conversions through the usage of full array of BD SM products by leading client organizations. You will also be responsible for coordinating the timely completion of clinical and economic studies initiated in the region to ensure that planned studies for the year are completed within stipulated timelines. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in conducting CME's, seminars, and promotional events - Strong ability to build and enhance clinical capabilities within the sales organization and channel partners - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of clinical and economic studies planning and execution The primary work location for this role is in IND Chennai at Kochar Globe.
