MEDIA SUBSCRIPTION MANAGER (Sales Manager)

As a Media Subscription Manager at LiveLaw.in, you will play a crucial role in driving digital subscription growth and retention. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and growing the subscriber base for LiveLaw's digital media and legal content subscriptions. - Executing sales strategies to achieve conversion and retention targets. - Handling the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to subscription renewal. - Utilizing CRM software effectively to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. - Planning and executing email marketing campaigns for subscriber acquisition and engagement. - Analyzing conversion and retention metrics to refine sales and marketing tactics. - Providing excellent customer service to enhance subscriber satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience. - Good written English skills are mandatory, along with communicative spoken English. - Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage. - Strong knowledge of the business ecosystem. - A flair for organic thinking (innovative and holistic problem-solving). - Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems.
