Role Overview Own the end-to-end B2B revenue engine: build pipeline, close bulk-subscription and sponsorship deals, renew and grow existing accounts, and coordinate the small in-house team (sales exec + tech support) to deliver seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition · Identify and prioritise institutional prospects weekly (law firms, courts, bar, law schools, corporates, govt. departments). · Run the full sales cycle—outreach, demos, customised proposals, negotiation and closing. Account Management & Renewals · Maintain a high renewal rate across bulk subscribers. · Upsell additional seats, IP-based access, and LiveLaw Hindi where relevant. Revenue Diversification · Package banner ads, newsletter slots and sponsorships deals. · Craft campaigns that drive inbound B2B leads. Process & Reporting · Own lead sheets, CRM hygiene, invoicing and weekly revenue dashboards. · Coordinate with the tech lead to activate plans, resolve access issues fast. Team Leadership · Coach the junior BD executive; align targets, scripts and follow-ups. • Liaise with the backend consultant on target realignment and funnel optimisation. Success Metrics (KPIs) · New institutional ARR won (₹) · Renewal & upsell rate (%) · Sponsorship / ad-inventory revenue (₹) · Lead-to-win conversion % and sales-cycle length What You Bring · 4 – 7 yrs B2B sales experience selling subscriptions, SaaS or information services to institutional buyers in India. · Proven track record of beating revenue targets. · Strong network within legal, higher-education or government sectors (legal background or LLB/LLM a strong plus). · Fluency in consultative selling, proposal writing and C-suite negotiation. · Data-driven: comfortable with Excel/Sheets, CRM, and weekly forecasting. · Excellent communication in English, Hindi. Long-form includes YouTube videos, while short-form includes Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce engaging long-form and short-form videos tailored for YouTube and social media platforms. Work on videos aligned with the themes and stories covered on the LiveLaw website. Maintain fast turnaround times while ensuring high-quality output. Stay updated with the latest content and design trends to implement them effectively. Collaborate with the editorial and design teams to ensure videos are accurate and impactful. Apply social awareness in editing to align content with current issues and topics. Leverage AI-based tools for editing and content creation (added advantage). Requirements 1–4 years of professional video editing experience. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
