Media Subscription Manager

As a Media Subscription Manager at LiveLaw, you will play a crucial role in driving digital subscription growth and retention for LiveLaw's legal content subscriptions. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and expanding the subscriber base for LiveLaw's digital media and legal content subscriptions. - Implementing sales strategies to meet conversion and retention targets effectively. - Overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to subscription renewal. - Using CRM software efficiently to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. - Planning and executing email marketing campaigns to acquire and engage subscribers. - Analyzing conversion and retention metrics to optimize sales and marketing strategies. - Providing exceptional customer service to improve subscriber satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 1 year of demonstrated sales experience. - Excellent written English skills and proficient spoken English communication. - Knowledge of Hindi will be advantageous. - Strong understanding of the business ecosystem. - Ability for organic thinking and innovative problem-solving. - Proficiency in using CRM systems.
