Job Description

Salary Offered: up to 50000 per month

Location: Central Noida


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle space selling for commercial projects (shops, offices, showrooms, etc.)
  • Generate leads through fieldwork, brokers, and digital platforms
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth sales closures


Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Ad Sales/ space selling
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of the Noida and NCR real estate market
  • Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
  • Verbal and written communication skills
