JOB RESPONSIBILITIES QC Executive ( Microbiology )Quality Control Head Quarter : Faridabad Purpose of the position : - To ensure that water sampling, media preparation and used media destruction is done as per approved procedure. Job Responsibilities :- 1. Responsible for all type of water sampling & analysis. 2. Responsible for operation and calibration of pH meter and weighing balance. 3. Responsible for destruction of used media/used plates and used cultures. 4. Responsible to verify logbook of autoclave, water sample inward, media management, pH meter, Laminar Air Flow and weighing balance etc. 5. Responsible for Revival and Sub culturing of Microorganisms. 12. Responsible for Environmental Monitoring by Settle Plate Method & Surface swab method. 13. Responsible for performing Preservative Efficacy Test. 14. Responsible for all admin related work. 15. Responsible for reporting any Non conformity/OOS/Deviation related to water and bio burden samples. 16. Responsible for reporting of DCR for any changes related to microbiology section. . 17. To provide practical training to newcomer of QC-Microbiology Section. 18. Responsible for maintaining stock of media & materials needed for analysis. 19. Functional reporting shall be as per departmental organogram. 20. Responsible to ensure the compliance of the SOP’s applicable to QC-Microbiology. 21. • Microbial process development: Mass multiplication, Media optimisation, Growth parameter optimisation and process optimization of Bacterial, Fungal & Yeast culture through shake flask, Lab scale, pilot and large industrial scale fermenters studies up to 300KL capacity. • Microbial techniques: Morphological identification, Biochemical analysis, characterization of isolate, Environmental monitoring, Efficacy of Strain, Optical Density, Carbon estimation and stability of biologicals. • handling bioreactors/fermenters on pilot scale & small-scale operations through Actuation control panels (PLC) & HMI software (SCADA). Experience of handling Inoculation, feeding, Sampling, Harvest and microbial analysis of pilot as well as small scale fermenters. Experience of handling trails run & Validation of production (Up to 300KL) scale fermenters for new technology transfer. • Experience of various scale fermenter operations (up to 300KL industrial fermenters) includes Assembling, Sterilization, Operations and Scale-up/ Scale-Down (Agitation, Aeration, Batch time, process optimization etc.) of fermenters. • Experience of Industrial scale 2nd generation ethanol production from different biomass like bagasse, wheat straw, etc. (Xylose fermentation technology) • Experience of process optimization through DOE (Design of experiments) and correlation of response from designed experiment. Also, analysis of response, results, variation and interpretation of data basis on quality by design. • Experience of process optimizations like handling CIP (Clean in place), SIP (Steam in place), DO2 Calibration, DO2 Polarisation, pH calibration of fermenters, pressure limit test, filter integrity test of Lab scale as well as Pilot scale fermenters. • Troubleshooting Activities: (both onsite & offsite) of fuel ethanol fermentation processes (both grain & molasses based), expertise in generating ideas and consequently developing POC and produce results, excellent team leader, excellent at analytical method development & analysis.

Role Overview Function Overview Assist in the production of “Screening Memos” for the Originations Team As part of the loan origination process, the Origination Team produces a screening memo that details property level information (photos, maps, property description, rent roll and cash flows), market information (comparable property metrics and location) and financing information (capital stack, debt yield and loan information). The initial goal is for company to participate in the production of screening memos with the potential to participate in the underwriting and approval process for deals that Client elects to finance and refinance as well. Focus is to work on all the asset classes such multifamily, retail, storage, Industrial etc. loans originated by the Insurance. The Candidate would be supporting on the different workflows as mentioned below Agency Pre-screening and ICM Screening/underwriting of Agency Loans (Fannie Mae), deriving Underwriting Value, using financial spreading, rent roll analysis and creation of Investment Committee Memo. Non-Agency/Deal Pre-screening and ICM Screening/underwriting of Non-Agency Loans, deriving Underwriting Value, using financial spreading, rent roll analysis and creation of ICM. Loan Portfolio Stratification and ICM Stratification of portfolio of loans belonging to various asset classes, assessing their risk exposure using their property level, loan level and performance metrices. On Boarding the delas on AI Based platform with the help of various closing documents, Offering Memorandum, Loan Agreement etc. Extracting market and asset specific statistics from various data sources (for egCoStar or similar platforms) for the pipeline deals which are shortlisted for screening or underwriting Comparing the key deal metrics which includes Occupancy, Cap Rates, Debt Yield, Cash Flow, NOI etc. of the pipeline deals with existing portfolio Analyzing property pictures & map for location-based insights, preparing the capital stack (i.e., Equity vs. Debt) and presenting them in an excel and ppt format Collecting and preparing sales and rent comparable of the target originations with the market data sourced through broker reports or web-based applications. Studying the demographics to understand the unit mixes, interpreting all sources of incomes & expenses through review of cash flows, ascertaining vacancy rates & rental income using rent rolls and using NOI to calculate key liquidity ratios i.e., DSCR, DY etc. Creating investment memorandums with the deal team ahead of investment committee. Conducting due diligence prior to closing of deal as per closing checklist. Data input in pipeline tool (i.e., DealPath, Loan Tapes) as and when required. Essential Skills & Experience Must have a good knowledge of US Real Estate Industry and Market in underwriting the CML/CRE loans across all the sectors; along with hand on experience in underwriting the Multifamily agency (Freddie & Fannie) loans. Should be aware of the US taxes for different States and Counties; along with knowledge of various rent/sales comparable to be used in accordance with subject properties. Must be well versed with concepts of Cap Rate/Index rate/ LTC/LTV/Spreads/Cap Stack, Implied vs Cash Equity and various loan specific terminologies. In addition, should know the implications and effect of UW In-place and Mark to Market assumptions using property financials and its demographics through broker provided offering memorandum. Candidate should have the knowledge of US Market and Sub-Market to understand the deal’s demographics and its impact on the subject property. Hand on experience and proficient in preparing the dynamic financial models in MS excel. Master’s degree – Major in Finance or Banking and Capital Markets, CFA designation a plus. Exceptional quantitative aptitude and skill set with a mastery of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, fluid environment. Previous background with real estate lending required with Debt Underwriting’ in real estate preferable.
