Job Description

Execution of assigned experiments in BPD USP.

Assembly of bioreactors and media/feed/additive bottles.

Execution of batches in 2, 5 and 10L glass Fermenters.

Execution of batches in 50L SS Fermenter.

Analysing samples in BPD USP equipments.

Preparation of Media/feed/additives as required.

Analysing data and presenting the same as required.

Contemporaneous data entry into LNB/BPR/Logbooks as required ensuring ALCOA+ principles.

Preparation of EOPs, BPR, Technical reports and protocols.

Participation in PRM and client calls.

Following safety practices in lab and office area as required by function and organization.

Following quality practices in lab and office area as required by function and organization.

Literature reading and presenting the same as per requirement.

Assisting the team in execution of project work as required.

Any other assigned work as given by the reporting manger/function.
