Job Description

As a Media Operations Assistant at our exciting new venture in the photography and creative media space, you will have a dynamic role that involves coordinating with photographers, editors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless shoot operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting a senior team member in the day-to-day execution of photography-related projects, maintaining trackers and documentation, and acting as a bridge between multiple stakeholders. You will also be involved in brainstorming ideas, contributing to project planning, and supporting execution strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Assist a senior team member in the day-to-day execution of photography-related projects - Support a senior team member in day-to-day execution of photography projects and media operations - Coordinate with photographers, editors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless shoot operations - Be present during on-ground shoots, helping with logistics and communication - Maintain trackers, records, and basic documentation as per project needs - Collaborate with senior team members on project planning and execution strategy - Follow up on timelines, share real-time updates, and ensure smooth workflows - Act as a bridge between team, clients, and photographers - Maintain shoot readiness and post-shoot workflows - Participate in internal discussions around shoot planning, client deliverables, and creative workflows - Take initiative when needed to manage tasks independently or assist on shoot days Qualifications Required: - Proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in dynamic environments - Extremely organized and capable of handling multiple tasks with attention to detail - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with various stakeholders - Interest in photography, media production, and shoots as a working environment - Comfortable with in-person meetings, dynamic days, and occasional fieldwork or shoots - Emotionally intelligent with client-facing poise It would be good to have: - Prior internship in photography, event coordination, media production, or digital content - Exposure to shoot environments, client handling, or vendor coordination - Knowledge of basic photography or camera gear terms - Basic design skills for internal decks or updates - Familiarity with task-tracking systems like Trello or Notion If you are the right fit for this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a creative business from the ground up, work directly with decision-makers, and learn how real-world shoots and media operations come to life.
