Media Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Media Manager to oversee media planning, buying, and campaign execution across digital, print, broadcast, and outdoor platforms. As a key player in our advertising agency, you will collaborate with creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to ensure media plans align with brand objectives and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute media strategies and plans across digital, print, TV, radio, and OOH.

Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand campaign goals, target audience, and budgets.

Manage media buying negotiations and ensure optimal placement and pricing with media partners.

Monitor campaign performance metrics (reach, impressions, CTR, conversions, etc.) and optimize in real time.

Coordinate with creative teams for ad specs, deadlines, and asset delivery.

Maintain relationships with media vendors and stay updated on new advertising opportunities and platforms.

Prepare and present post-campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.

Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3–6 years of media planning/buying experience, preferably in an ad agency environment.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Up-to-date with the latest media trends and platforms (digital-first mindset preferred).

Salary can be more for Deserved candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
