Light Creative Service - (UI Developer)Job Summary :The UI Developer is responsible for the design and development of user interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and functional. This role requires strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail. The UI Developer will work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI Developer, with 7 to 10 years of hands on experience. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills. What are we looking for? 1.UI Design and Development:oDesign and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.oCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts.oImplement responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and platforms.2.Technical Leadership:oProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior UI developers.oConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.oStay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies, and incorporate them into projects.3.Collaboration:oWork closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to ensure cohesive and functional user interfaces.oParticipate in cross-functional team meetings to align on project goals and timelines.oFoster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.4.Project Management:oPlan and manage UI development projects by working closely with creative director, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.oEnsure progress of projects and address any issues that may impact delivery.oEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.5.Quality Assurance:oConduct thorough testing of user interfaces to identify and fix bugs and performance issues.oImplement user feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.oEnsure all UI components are accessible and comply with industry standards.6.Documentation:oCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for UI components, design systems, and coding standards.oProvide clear and concise documentation for handoff to other teams and stakeholders.
