Stax Living is a dynamic and growing company in the furniture sector. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Media Coordinator to support our Marketing Director and play a key role in executing our media strategy across digital and print platforms.

Job Summary

The Media Coordinator will be the crucial support pillar for our marketing leadership, helping to bring our brand story to life. This role is perfect for a proactive and organized individual with a passion for both social media and design. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of content, community management, and the coordination of print materials, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Support & Execution

Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging, on-brand content (graphics, videos, stories, written posts) across platforms like [e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok].

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and help foster a positive online community.

Track and report on basic social media metrics (engagement, follower growth) to help inform strategy.

Conduct research on social media trends and competitor activity.

Assist in the setup and monitoring of paid social media advertising campaigns as directed.

Print Media & Administrative Coordination

Coordinate the production and inventory of print materials, including brochures, flyers, and business cards.

Liaise with printers and other vendors to gather quotes, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.

Help maintain brand consistency across all physical and digital assets.

Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Director, including organizing assets, preparing simple reports, and managing the marketing calendar.

Content Creation

Utilize design tools like Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visuals for both social media and print.

Assist in shooting and editing short-form video content for social platforms.

Proofread and quality-check all materials before they are published or printed.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

1-2 years of experience in a marketing, social media, or coordinator role (including internships and relevant academic projects).

Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Basic proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a strong plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a high attention to detail.

A proactive, can-do attitude and a keenness to learn.

Preferred:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

Basic experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).

An eye for strong visual design and composition.
