At Indian Startup School, we’re on a mission to empower the next generation of founders by

bridging the gap between raw ambition and real-world startup success. We’re looking for a

skilled Photo & Video Creator (Shoot, Edit, Graphics)

stories of our vibrant founder community.

What’s your Role?

• Capture

  high-quality photos and videos

  of events, bootcamps, and day-in-the-life moments on campus
• Shoot

  short-form and long-form content

  that resonates with our audience on Instagram, YouTube, and beyond
• Edit compelling Reels, Podcasts, Vlogs, Testimonials, and Ads that bring our founder stories to life
• Manage and operate

  cameras, gimbals, lighting, and editing software

  for professional output
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
• Maintain an organized library of content for reuse across platforms

Who Should Apply?

• Minimum Qualification Graduation
• Creatives passionate about capturing

  authentic startup culture

  through a lens
• Proficient in

  camera handling, gimbals, and editing tools

  (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/DaVinci preferred)
• A

  self-starter

  who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Prior experience in shooting events, reels, and interviews is a plus
• Comfortable managing both

  short-form (reels) and long-form (YouTube, event highlights)

  content

Equipment Required

• Camera (DSLR/Mirrorless)
• Gimbal/Stabilizer
• Laptop/Computer capable of

  4K editing

• Location: On-site Wework, Two Horizon Centre, Gurugram
