Media Buyer- Native Ads Specialist

You will be joining Idea Clan, a performance marketing company known for its innovative approach and high-impact campaigns. Specializing in native advertising, lead generation, and media buying at scale, Idea Clan operates with a culture centered around data, creativity, and results. As an experienced media buying professional, you will play a crucial role in expanding the team and contributing to the company's success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, execute, and optimize native advertising campaigns on platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, MGID, and others. - Manage monthly ad spends ranging from mid- to high-five figures. - Conduct competitive analysis and identify market trends to enhance campaign performance. - Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages. - Regularly monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc. - Implement A/B tests on creatives, placements, targeting, and bidding strategies. - Work closely with affiliate, tech, and analytics teams to streamline the conversion funnel. - Maintain strong relationships with advertising platform account managers. **Qualifications Required:** - 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in native ad buying. - Demonstrated success in managing significant ad spend and delivering profitable campaigns. - Profound knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad compliance guidelines. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tracking tools such as Voluum, RedTrack, Bemob, etc. - Familiarity with landing page testing, split testing, and funnel optimization. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative work approach. In addition to the above requirements, it would be beneficial if you have experience in affiliate marketing and performance marketing verticals (e.g., finance, health, insurance, etc.) and possess basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or funnel builders like ClickFunnels, Unbounce, etc.,
