Media Assistant

ZFT Media House is the creative arm of ZFT Church, dedicated to spreading hope, faith, and transformation through digital media. Our mission is to inspire spiritual growth and connect people globally to God’s love using engaging storytelling and modern technology. Rooted in Christian values of compassion, integrity, and excellence, we nurture talent and foster learning within a supportive, creative, and faith-driven environment.

• Manage and grow our YouTube presence while building profiles on Instagram and Facebook.
• Plan, schedule, and create engaging posts, shorts, and highlight clips across platforms.
• Edit videos using Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
• Upload and optimize YouTube content with essential SEO techniques (SEO knowledge is required).
• Mix live Sunday service broadcasts using OBS and Blackmagic video mixers.
• Track analytics, monitor social trends, and contribute ideas in regular team brainstorming.
• Collaborate in a creative and spiritual team environment.

• No prior experience necessary—freshers welcome! (Training provided)
• Must have SEO knowledge for YouTube and social media optimization.
• Comfortable using or willing to learn video editing tools and live mixing software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a team spirit.
• Must reside in Trichy or be willing to relocate at own expense.
• Portfolio or sample projects appreciated but not mandatory.

• Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu
• Office hours: 10AM–5PM (flexible for deadlines and events)
• One day off weekly and half-day Sunday dedicated to live mixing
• One-month probation with starter stipend, followed by paid confirmation
• No remote work; holidays depend on event calendar
