About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Strategic Presales Manager for HGS Interactive . This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who loves blending storytelling with strategy, and thrives at the intersection of research, digital marketing, and business enablement. You will play a central role in supporting new business pitches, GTM strategy development, inbound campaign planning, and converting delivery outcomes into case studies. The Presales Manager within the Interactive Practice leads presales activities, collaborates with sales and delivery teams, and crafts compelling digital solutions for clients. The role bridges client engagement, solution design, and bid management for digital/interactive services (such as social care and engagement, performance marketing, web platforms, mobile apps, digital marketing, commerce, and customer experience transformation). A strong focus of this role will be on analyzing how our social care and digital marketing teams drive brand interactions and using those insights to fuel content and GTM narratives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hatsstrategy consultant, marketing planner, data interpreter, and pitch architect. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Strategy Head to develop high-quality GTM decks, strategic recommendations, and pitch presentations. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and shape solutions for digital/interactive projects. Lead the creation and presentation of proposals, RFP responses, and solution documents for digital transformation and experience-centric deals. Coordinate the discovery, estimation, and solutioning activities for Interactive Practice offerings (e.g., social strategy, journey mapping, content, design, web/mobile development, digital marketing). Work closely with delivery, consulting, and technical leads to ensure feasibility and alignment of solutions with client goals and delivery capabilities. Track and report on presales pipeline and conversion rates; proactively identify opportunities to improve win rates. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in digital experience and interactive technologies. Mentor and coach junior presales and solution consultants within the practice. Conduct primary and secondary research to inform strategic decisionsacross industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes. Liaise with internal digital marketing, social care, and delivery teams to extract insights from ongoing client engagements. Translate client success stories and social engagement outcomes into compelling case studies, proof-of-performance decks, and strategic narratives for reuse in business development. Proficient in PowerPoint and creating CXO-level presentations. Deep understanding of digital marketing including inbound, performance, SEO, social media, and social engagement metrics.
