Job Description

As an Ad Ops Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in implementing marketing plans for new content releases, enhancing visibility and engagement. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Content & Brand Marketing Teams, developing visually appealing on-platform assets, and optimizing the user experience. You will also use data-driven insights to refine content recommendations and positioning, monitor on-platform content performance, and stay updated on industry trends. Additionally, you will prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Content & Brand Marketing Teams to implement marketing plans for new content releases - Develop compelling on-platform assets such as banners, thumbnails, trailers, and featured sections - Work with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience and drive content consumption - Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, analyze user behavior, and refine content recommendations - Monitor on-platform content performance, KPIs, and viewer engagement metrics for continuous optimization - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in on-platform content marketing - Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred - Familiarity with streaming platforms and a passion for entertainment content - Experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment - Familiarity with social media platforms and emerging trends in digital marketing - Understanding of Tools like Tableau, Meta, Google dashboards, Clever Tap will be an advantage - Experience with Go-to-Market strategy and Segmentation Campaign (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the Job Description),
