Media and Content Team Lead

As a Media & Content Team Lead at our EdTech company, your role will involve spearheading our digital media strategy and content initiatives. You will be responsible for leading a team of Video Editors, Video Graphers, content writers, and designers. Your key responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end media funnel, setting quarterly performance goals, allocating budgets, driving KPIs, aligning media & content strategy with launches and brand campaigns, overseeing branding, performance marketing, and social media trends. Your responsibilities will also encompass building and executing a content calendar for various platforms, ensuring content is aligned with learner journeys, and maintaining the brand tone of voice across all platforms. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital media, with at least 1 year in a team lead/managerial role. You should possess exceptional writing and storytelling skills, proficiency with Performance Marketing Trends, experience in EdTech or e-learning, and strong leadership skills to mentor junior staff and collaborate cross-functionally. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at our location.,
