Manager MED JD

No of positions: 1 no

Qualification: B. Tech / BE Mechanical (DME not considered)

Experience: 10 - 15 years in

Industry: Roller Bits, Tricone Bits, Heavy Machinery, Auto Mobile or any Mechanical related Industry (not in to Fabrication)

Software: Pro E / Creo 6 and Auto Cad

Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development of Jigs & Fixtures.

2. Working knowledge on material specifications.

3. Working knowledge on process drawing of fixtures.

4. Working knowledge on manufacturing process.

5. Working knowledge on hydraulic systems and Pneumatic systems.

6. Working knowledge of Pro E & Auto Cad.

7. Monitoring & Trouble shooting of SPM Process

8. Knowledge on ISO Standards.

9. Knowledge on gauges.

10. Application of QMS

11. Communication skills (English – Written & verbal).

12. Computer Skills, Presentation skills, Time management, Manpower Management

13. Training and Development Skills
