Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, preferably in heat exchangers.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as safety protocols and quality control measures.
