Description
As a Fresher Mechanical Engineer at Mc Clelland Engineers Pvt. Ltd., you will be part of a dynamic team working on real-world engineering projects related to incineration technology, thermal engineering, and hazardous waste management solutions. You will receive hands-on training and exposure to various aspects of mechanical design, procurement, production, quality control, and project execution and commissioning. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in designing and developing mechanical equipment, components, and systems for incinerators and related equipment. - Collaborate with the design team in CAD modeling, drafting, and preparing engineering drawings and P&IDs using software like AutoCAD or similar tools. - Support manufacturing and fabrication by coordinating vendors, ensuring compliance with required standards, and expediting progress through on-site vendor visits. - Conduct quality checks and inspections during the production process to maintain adherence to quality standards. - Assist in the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of incineration systems at client sites. - Prepare technical documentation, reports, and manuals related to ongoing projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and procurement departments. - Participate in the procurement process, including vendor selection, material sourcing, coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of project components. - Coordinate with clients to understand their technical requirements, provide project progress updates, and address their concerns. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
