Job Description:
We are hiring a Mechanical Production/Assembly Engineer to work in our manufacturing unit. This role involves assembling, fitting, and testing ice cream and refrigeration machinery as per technical drawings and standard procedures. You will work closely with the design, fabrication, and quality control teams to ensure the machine is built accurately and functions reliably before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical parts, piping, and components as per machine design.
• Read and understand technical drawings (2D/3D CAD).
• Fit and align components including motors, gearboxes, valves, pumps, and refrigeration parts.
• Coordinate with the fabrication and electrical teams for integrated assembly.
• Perform pre-dispatch inspections and trial runs at the factory.
• Maintain production records, assembly checklists, and report any design issues.
• Follow safety and quality standards during assembly.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in machinery assembly or plant equipment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical parts, tools, and machine fittings.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow SOPs.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Freshers are also welcome.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in assembling food processing or dairy machines.
• Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and refrigeration connections.
• Basic understanding of welding, sheet metal fitting, and polishing.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
