The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze process performance, identify areas for improvement, and execute strategies that support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills and a focus on lean manufacturing principles to drive productivity and cost-effectiveness in production operations.
Role and Responsibilities:
1) Understanding of 3D model & Outline drawing based on customer requirement.2) Process drawing preparation compliance to Process for Manufacturing & Assembly.3) Part commonisation & Poke-yoke requirement during process development4) Part list & Process Flow chart preparation.5) PFMEA Preparation6) PPAP Documentation7) DFM analysis & Asembly machine,facility & tools selection8) New product Establishment9) New Process Establishment10) Process Validation 11) Cycle time study & Capacity analysis12) Project report preparation 13) Sensor & SMT development knowledge
