Job Description

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning

Install and commission CNC machines, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with specifications.

Maintenance Activities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for various machines, including:

Machining Centers:
HMC & VMC (DMG, Mori-Seiki, TAL, YCM, Feeler)
CNC Turning Centers:
Mori-Seiki, INDEX, LMW, Fast Cut
Grinding Machines:
TOS, Studer, Jung, Paragon, Lidkoping
Special Machines:
Straightening and Induction Hardening machines

Maintain
MTTR
(Mean Time to Repair) and
MTBF
(Mean Time Between Failures) targets.

Analysis & Improvements

Conduct
Why-Why
analysis of breakdowns and implement countermeasures.
Focus on bottleneck operations, plan and implement preventive & corrective actions.
Prepare PM schedules and checklists (including TBM schedules) to minimize repetitive breakdowns.
Drive cost reduction initiatives through in-house repair of high-value spares and AMC follow-ups.
Implement kaizens and innovative ideas for reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

Spare Parts & Safety

Manage critical spare parts inventory and procurement.
Identify and eliminate unsafe conditions in the plant.

Planning & Scheduling

Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities with 100% abnormality closure.
Coordinate utilities equipment maintenance for cost savings.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with
FANUC
and
Siemens
CNC control systems.
Ability to prepare and execute part PM schedules for machine reliability improvement.
