Carry out
Preventive Maintenance
activities to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
Perform
Breakdown Analysis & Root Cause Investigation
to identify issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
Lead and support
5S implementation and Kaizen activities
for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with
maintenance processes and maintenance-related ISO standards
.
Drive
spare parts cost-reduction initiatives
through effective planning and inventory control.
Use
measuring instruments and maintenance tools
proficiently for diagnostics and repairs.
Read and interpret
hydraulic and pneumatic drawings
for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
Apply strong
decision-making, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution skills
in daily operations.
Manage maintenance of
cranes, conveyors, blowers, hydraulic press, welding machines, lathe machines, and shot blasting equipment
.
Support
new project development
, including electrical design, installation, and commissioning activities.
Understand and respond to
internal customer requirements
to ensure operational support and satisfaction.
