Cost & Quality Control: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost-benefit strategies. Ensure quality standards and testing protocols are maintained and documented. Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Administer project scope, contracts, and sub-contractor agreements. Foster strong relationships with vendors in alignment with company values and compliance norms. Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure full compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct daily planning and risk mitigation measures to avoid disruptions. Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and operations, MEP.
