Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in Industrial settings. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide efficient solutions. Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and wiring layouts to install and repair electrical systems. Inspect electrical components such as circuit breakers, transformers, and other equipment for safety and functionality. Collaborate with other team members to ensure production timelines and quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and industry standards. Test electrical systems and components for functionality and safety. Document and report all work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during jobs.

Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, construction schedules, and timelines. Ensure successful execution and delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets. Oversee all facets of construction including Civil, MEP, and Materials Management. Team & Site Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate construction teams, contractors, and vendors. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications. Ensure smooth coordination between head office and project sites. Cost & Quality Control: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost-benefit strategies. Ensure quality standards and testing protocols are maintained and documented. Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Administer project scope, contracts, and sub-contractor agreements. Foster strong relationships with vendors in alignment with company values and compliance norms. Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure full compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct daily planning and risk mitigation measures to avoid disruptions. Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and operations, MEP.
