Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, construction schedules, and timelines. Ensure successful execution and delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets. Oversee all facets of construction including Civil, MEP, and Materials Management. Team & Site Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate construction teams, contractors, and vendors. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications. Ensure smooth coordination between head office and project sites. Cost & Quality Control: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost-benefit strategies. Ensure quality standards and testing protocols are maintained and documented. Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Administer project scope, contracts, and sub-contractor agreements. Foster strong relationships with vendors in alignment with company values and compliance norms. Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure full compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct daily planning and risk mitigation measures to avoid disruptions. Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and operations, MEP.
