Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in Jaipur, you will be responsible for planning, mentoring, and demonstrating maintenance activities. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4-8 years of experience. An essential requirement for this role is hands-on experience with CNC Machines and core maintenance activities. Your role will involve having a deep understanding of CNC Machines, conventional machines, and heat treatment processes and controls. You must be well-versed in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards, Energy Management Systems (EMS), Fire Safety, as well as various national and international standards. To excel in this position, you should actively engage in shop floor management to ensure optimal resource utilization. Additionally, knowledge of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control Plan, Continual Improvement, loss identification, data analysis, and waste management is crucial. Proficiency in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices and a strong focus on communication, cost reduction, and energy-saving initiatives are highly desirable. Your skill set should include expertise in core maintenance activities, troubleshooting of Hydraulics and Pneumatics systems, mechanical actuators, valves, power train systems, lubrication management, and material movement by conveyorized systems. You should also be familiar with CNC machines, heat treatment equipment, and be capable of RCA identification with defined action plans. Experience in implementing Kaizen, Pokayoke, and system design modifications will be advantageous for this role.,
