Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Technician at our company, your role will involve performing scheduled maintenance on various equipment such as printing presses, die cutters, laminators, slitters, and packaging machines. You will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical faults, conducting repairs, and replacing defective parts to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will assist in machine setup and calibration for different production runs, maintaining precision and quality standards. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Performing Preventive Maintenance on a regular basis - Troubleshooting mechanical issues and conducting necessary repairs - Assisting in machine setup and alignment - Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities - Collaborating with production and QA teams for Quality Assurance - Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness standards - Monitoring spare parts inventory and managing replenishments In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment. A background in mechanical engineering or a related field would be beneficial. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role.
