Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Fitter / Machine Assembler to join our manufacturing team for roti making machines and other food machinery.

The ideal candidate should have experience in machine fitting, assembly, and handling workshop tools like lathe machines and drill machines.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fit parts of roti making machines, dough kneaders, and other food machinery.
• Operate and maintain lathe, drill, and cutting machines for precision fitting.
• Read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Perform drilling, grinding, alignment, and part finishing as required.
• Ensure machine quality, proper fitting, and testing before dispatch.
• Support maintenance and repair of existing machines.
• Work with the production team to improve assembly efficiency.

Requirements:

• ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical / or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in machine assembly or fitting.
• Hands-on knowledge of lathe, drill, and basic fabrication tools.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
