Qualification & Experience Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 - 5 years of experience. Diploma in Tool & Die making with 3 - 5 years of experience. Must have hands on experience of setting and operating programming in VMC machines. Candidate who is working with the knowledge of Batch /Job Production will be added advantage. Candidate who has the knowledge of Tool Room / Aerospace / Precision Component manufacturing industry would be preferred. Candidate should have good knowledge of cutting tools like FMC / End mills etc., Should have the knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper / Bore Dial Gauge and Height Masters. Roles & Responsibilities Setting and Operating of VMC machines (FANUC / HAAS) control to carry out skilled work. To program/set and monitor the VMC Machine to perform the allocated tasks to meet targets and deadlines. Maintaining 5S on Shop Floor Day to Day Activities Setting of VMC machines to produce new products and existing parts. Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out of tolerance using precision machinery instruments. Verify first piece of inspection using appropriate instruments. Post audit program to fine tune for optimum machine performance. Maintain accurate data/records/documentation associated with your work. To carry out the planned tasks in accordance with requirement of the shop floor plan. Immediately report problem / failures that may impact on the organisation to your superior. Coordinate with the team to work smoothly. Adhere to all organisation policies & procedures.
