Mechanical Engineering Manager - Mechatronics

Visteon is looking for a proficient Mechanical Manager.

This leadership position is located in Pune or Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Lead, develop, and supervise the Mechanical team.
• Enhance the team's capabilities to align with the Technology Roadmap for new product support.
• Efficiently plan and manage the team's workload.
• Provide guidance and support to his/her team through organizational and cross-functional resources.
• Ensure quality of deliverables from his/her team.
• Interface between engineering team and Customer.
• Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's /Masters degree in the Mechanical engineering field
• 15+ years of relevant engineering experience preferably in regional or global environment.
• Experience in Automotive products development, preferably in Displays, Infotainment, Cockpit Electronic products, Electrification vehicles products.
• Experience in product validation and testing
• Exposure in structural and thermal simulation
• Exposure to Global Culture/Customer is added advantage.
• Experience in VAVE is added advantage
• Engineering team management experience with proven Leadership.
• Exhibits strong verbal and written communication proficiencies. - Must be open to travel as needed.
