Visteon is looking for a proficient Mechanical Manager. This leadership position is located in Pune or Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, develop, and supervise the Mechanical team. Enhance the team's capabilities to align with the Technology Roadmap for new product support. Efficiently plan and manage the team's workload. Provide guidance and support to his/her team through organizational and cross-functional resources. Ensure quality of deliverables from his/her team. Interface between engineering team and Customer. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's /Masters degree in the Mechanical engineering field 15+ years of relevant engineering experience preferably in regional or global environment. Experience in Automotive products development, preferably in Displays, Infotainment, Cockpit Electronic products, Electrification vehicles products. Experience in product validation and testing Exposure in structural and thermal simulation Exposure to Global Culture/Customer is added advantage. Experience in VAVE is added advantage Engineering team management experience with proven Leadership. Exhibits strong verbal and written communication proficiencies. - Must be open to travel as needed.
