Mechanical Engineer Job Title : Mechanical Engineer Location : Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore Experience : 0-3 Responsibilities: Design, develop, and validatemechanical systems and componentsfor automotive applications, including engine parts, suspension systems, and structural elements. Create and maintaindetailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical documentationusing CAD tools, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications. Conductperformance testing, stress analysis, and failure mode evaluationsto ensure product reliability and safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams includingdesign, manufacturing, quality, and procurementto ensure seamless integration of mechanical components into vehicle systems. Support production teams by providingtechnical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and design modifications based on real-time feedback. Participate indesign reviews, DFMEA sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costs. Stay updated withemerging technologies, materials, and manufacturing techniquesrelevant to mechanical engineering in the automotive sector. Skills Required: * Bachelors degree inMechanical Engineeringor a related field. * Proficiency inCAD softwaresuch as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD for modeling and drafting. * Strong grasp ofengineering fundamentals, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science. * Experience withmechanical testing equipment, simulation tools, and data analysis. * Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving design and production issues. * Effectivecommunication and collaboration skillsfor working in multidisciplinary teams.
