We are seeking ahighly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in industrialautomation and robotics to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for the design, development, integration, and maintenance ofautomated machinery and robotic systems used in manufacturing or processautomation environments.

Roles andResponsibilities

- Designand develop automated systems, robotic arms, and custom mechanical fixtures formanufacturing.

- Integrateactuators, sensors, pneumatics/hydraulics, and control systems into mechanicalassemblies.

- Collaboratewith electrical, software, and controls engineers to develop mechatronicsystems.

- Performmechanical simulations (FEA, motion analysis) and validate through prototypingand testing.

- Optimizesystem performance for repeatability, accuracy, and reliability.

- Supportthe installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of robotic and automatedsystems at customer sites.

- Documentdesigns, test results, and system specifications in accordance with ISO/ASMEstandards.

- Ensuresystems comply with safety, quality, and industry standards (e.g., CE, ISO,ANSI).

Requirements

- Bachelor \u2019 s or Master \u2019 sdegree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

- 4 years of hands-on experience inautomation system design, robotics, or industrial machinery.

- Proficientin CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or Creo.

- Experiencein robot integration.

- Knowledgeof PLC-controlled systems and machine safety standards.

- Familiarwith motion control systems (servos, stepper motors, encoders).

- Understandingof manufacturing processes (welding, machining, 3D printing), materials andmechanical systems.

- Stronganalytical and problem-solving, communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
