You will be joining a fabrication cum Design Studio in Gurgaon as a Production Manager to oversee the steel fabrication unit. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise metal and wood fabrication processes, focusing on Stainless Steel, Mild Steel (MS), Aluminum, Brass, and Copper. - Ensure quality control in welding, polishing, lathe operations, fitting, and other fabrication techniques. - Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize product designs. - Oversee material procurement and outsourcing while upholding quality standards. - Address production challenges promptly to ensure smooth operations. **Requirements:** - Minimum 10 years of experience in fabrication and production supervision. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques. - Ability to effectively manage a team and drive work efficiently. - Proficiency in relevant computer and drawing software. - Must possess own vehicle for commuting. - Proficient in English for clear communication. - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
