Role Overview: You will be responsible for tactical planning and execution to release BOM and drawings of projects as per plan by deploying resources. Additionally, you will plan and implement cost reduction concepts for projects to be introduced in the standard + X program. Talent acquisition, development, and retention will be a key aspect of your role as you lead people to achieve self-management, superior performance, consistent with Armstrong values. You will also need to address FAT, SAT related issues on priority, visit sites to improve designs, handshake points, and solve issues. Thorough implementation of data storage, retrieval, and security management protocols is essential. Hands-on knowledge of Inventor and AutoCAD is preferred, along with a systematic approach to plan and execute projects/experiments and risk mitigation skills.
