What You'll Do: Prepare or support in preparing technical design documents in response to market / product / technical /Functional / non-functional requirements specifications Develop and assess control concepts for low / medium voltage – low / high power chargers Own and deliver on the control elements of e-Mobility charging solutions including overall control architecture, hardware selection, programming, and testing Develop / build proof of concepts as a step towards comprehensive control software development Develop, test, verify, and validate, or review control and protection software (PLC, SCADA, protection relay, PID regulation, IEC 61850, …) for eMobility charging solutions according to security development lifecycle and technical design documents Conduct and / or participate in unit / bench / API / functional / non-functional testing of software products / features. Support lab testing, on-site installations, commissioning, or troubleshooting for customer projects Analyze the developed code, prepare bug reports, conduct root cause analysis, suggest fixes, implement and / or ensure implementation of the identified solution, subsequent verification and validation steps. Deploy, deliver, and operate control software products and releases for internal / external customer projects Act as L3/L4 support team member for, e.g., troubleshooting control software issues with users. Create documentation artefacts such as reports, user manuals, operating procedures, test procedures, guidelines, report templates for engineering and commissioning engineers Who You Are? Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, computer science or similar Experience in industrial control software development with Codesys (must have) and with PLC programming, SCADA, WEB-HMI, and remote access (nice have). Experience with C/C++ programming would be an advantage Experience with low voltage and medium voltage network distribution would be an advantage Experience with DC network and energy storage systems (battery, supercaps, BMS) would be an advantage Experience with fieldbus communication CANbus SAE-J19139 would be an advantage Experience with EV charger and CCS2 protocols (OCPP, ISO 15118 / DIN 70121 / SAE J3105 / VDV 261) and MQTT protocol would be an advantage. Lead the industrialization and deployment of test benches used to validate aerospace systems and components. Own the verification and validation (V&V) of test benches to ensure they accurately simulate and measure system performance. Coordinate with design, instrumentation, and production teams. Analyze engineering, technical, and manufacturing data packs received from customers for test environments. Manage suppliers for hardware and software components used in test benches. Drive standardization and process optimization across test bench platforms. Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and safety protocols . Define the V&V strategy for both hardware and software of test benches. Develop and execute test plans for calibration, functionality, and reliability of benches. Ensure traceability between system requirements and test capabilities . Analyze test results and validate accuracy of measurements. Work with system engineers to ensure complete test coverage . Key Collaboration Areas: Design for Testability: Ensure benches are easy to test (Industrial Lead) and meet all test requirements (V&V Lead). Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (ECE/EEE) or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in Industrialization and V&V of Test Benches/Automated Test Equipment (ATE). Strong leadership skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams. Good understanding of system lifecycle – from design to validation and qualification. Experience working with Data Packs including COTS, boards, mechanical, electrical parts, and harnesses. Proficient in reading and interpreting ATP, IVVQPR, and test case documentation . Knowledge of software installation and configuration on IPC/PC. Skilled in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for test failures. Familiar with Configuration and Change Management (CM) processes. Able to work independently and understand complex systems. Experience in process flow, control plans, FMEA , and ensuring compliance to defined processes. Knowledge of cable harness and subassembly manufacturing processes. Awareness and adherence to 5S, safety norms , and handling of shelf-life items. Ensure RoHS and REACH compliance of components.
