Change Control Manager

As a part of Centum T&S Pvt Ltd (CTS), your role will involve being a self-motivated and multi-tasking team player, responsible for delivering assigned items with high quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and excel in communication and leadership skills while reporting to the Project Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely execution of amendment cases as per the MSD-0058 ECR/ECO process - Contribute to article preparation following MSD-0256 & MSD-0056 guidelines Your duties as a CCM (Change Manager) include: - Implementation of change cases in compliance with existing procedures - Reporting case status to designated clients - Escalating to clients if schedules are not met - Reviewing files of other change managers - Updating product structures in SAP - Coordinating and ensuring implementation of identified activities - Maintaining the change database with relevant information and documentation - Archiving closed cases including appendices - Communicating decisions and status to stakeholders - Training new change managers and maintaining training material - Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and tools Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent - Knowledge of medical device regulations and industrial products - Experience in working in complex organizations and influencing others - Training as per MPD-6615 Personal Qualities: - Team player - Observant and problem-solving skills - Pedagogical skills for effective communication - Satisfaction in influencing and working through others - Creative and independent - Open to change and proactive in contributing to improvements You will closely collaborate with colleagues in product care, manufacturing, purchasing, product development, and quality departments, as well as potentially with suppliers, following the MSD-0058 ECR/ECO Process.,
