Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD tools (Creo).
• Create and manage 3D models, detailed 2D drawings, and assemblies.
• Hands on experience in CN creation, BOM.
• Mechanical component design Sheetmetal, design of Electromechanical components
• Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis, GD&T, and DFM/DFA evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, thermal, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Participate in design reviews, FMEA, and risk assessments.
• Develop BOMs, specifications, and technical documentation.
