Job Title: Trainee / Engineer Mechanical Design

Role Overview:

Engineer Mechanical Design

Essential Qualification:

• B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Additional professional training (e.g., IMTMA) in design, analysis tools, or simulation software

• Overall Experience:

  2 to 6 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of automation systems, including layout planning and component selection
• Design of EOAT (End of Arm Tooling) and conveyor systems
• Apply engineering principles in mechanics and manufacturing processes
• Develop and interpret pneumatic and hydraulic system designs
• Utilize CAD/CAE software for design and documentation
• Support simulation and design validation activities (experience with simulation software is a plus)
• Follow standard design protocols including GD&T as per ISO standards

Technical Skill Set:

• Proficiency in CAD / CAE software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.)
• Familiarity with design optimization and simulation tools
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, file management, etc.)

Soft Skills & Additional Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to travel based on project requirements
• Flexibility to work varied hours when necessary
