Qualification and Key Skills Required:

• PhD with relevant experience OR
• MTech / ME or equivalent degree with relevant experience OR
• BTech / BE or equivalent degree with relevant experience
• Experience in machine design and manufacturing processes.
•  Knowledge of industrial automation is required.
• Proficiency in CAD with SolidWorks/NX.
• Proficiency in ANSYS for structural analysis.
•  Understanding of material science.

Job Profile:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop automated multi-level stacking/ Docking system for drones with robust and efficient mechanical structures.
• Perform structural and kinematic analysis to ensure system stability and efficiency.
• Work on CAD modeling, simulation, and prototyping to optimize design feasibility.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and automation teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Conduct material selection, cost analysis, and manufacturing process planning to ensure scalability and production efficiency.
• Oversee fabrication, assembly, and testing of mechanical components and sub-systems.
• Provide technical documentation, including design specifications, manufacturing guidelines and reports.
• Any other work assigned as per requirement
