Mechanical Design Engineer

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at our company, you will be a crucial member of our team dedicated to designing and developing the next generation of robots. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform project requirements into innovative and manufacturable mechanical designs. Utilizing your expertise in mechanical engineering principles, you will create and enhance robotic components and mechanisms, ensuring functionality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness throughout the design lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include developing detailed 3D CAD models using software like SolidWorks or SolidEdge, conducting engineering calculations and simulations to optimize designs for strength and performance, and actively participating in prototype development and testing to address and resolve design issues. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain comprehensive design documentation, stay informed about the latest advancements in mechanical design and robotics technologies, and contribute your skills and insights to the team's success. The ideal candidate for this role should possess experience in designing Special Purpose Machines (SPM) across various industries, such as Agro Industry machines, packaging machines, Special Purpose Vehicles Modification, and Robotics. A solid foundation in mechanical design theory, proficiency in 3D CAD software, strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently on multiple projects are essential requirements. Moreover, your analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and adaptability to fast-paced environments will be valuable assets in this position.
